Mum’s hatha yoga

My YogaMums hatha classes aim to provide much needed mental stillness and clarity for busy women whilst working physically on retraining deep core and pelvic floor muscles, stretching out built – up tension and gaining overall strength and flexibility.

A big thing is that all levels are welcome and its a very friendly, relaxed class. You won’t feel intimidated!
I’ll try to provide as much 1:1 help for your particular issues as possible and am always available to chat after class.
